![]() This is all back and forth calls over 2 days. I call back to guest services the next morning and they put me on hold 10 minutes then comes back on the line and says engineering can't fix it, they're all broken. I call engineering and they say they will send someone right away. Manager says to call engineering and they can fix it. I then call the front desk manager to ask for some compensation for this issue, or any rooms where the media ports work? They take the message and the manager calls me back about 6 hours later. I call the operator and she says they all don't work, it's a known issue. They route it all down to a media strip below the TV (HDMI, USB, aux). We wanted to use the media ports for the TV. I get that, they have to do that sometimes but it is a little annoying all day every day. (2) Construction is pounding and so loud all day. But the door wouldn't open so they moved us to the 10th floor but same room. (1) We had a 22nd floor Ivory tower room on the corner so we had a mountain view on one side and the strip view on the other side. ![]() I don't mean to complain but just several things happened to make this trip less than ideal. ![]()
